To create a unified home where Nepali Hindus, Buddhists, and individuals of all backgrounds can celebrate spirituality, culture, and community — preserving Nepali heritage while fostering harmony, understanding, and shared values for future generations.
Mission of NCSC
NCSC is committed to nurturing a vibrant spiritual and cultural home through five interconnected pillars:
1. Cultural Preservation
- Promote and preserve Nepali cultural heritage, traditions, festivals, and values.
- Provide a space where future generations can learn about and stay connected to Nepali identity.
2. Spiritual Growth
- Offer a sacred environment for worship, meditation, rituals, and ceremonies for both Hindu and Buddhist traditions.
- Respect and support diverse spiritual practices within the community.
3. Community Harmony & Engagement
- Foster strong relationships and mutual respect among the various faith communities of Nepal.
- Provide opportunities for community members to gather, serve, support, and uplift one another.
4. Education & Awareness
- Host programs, classes, and events that promote spiritual learning, cultural understanding, language, and arts.
5. Infrastructure & Development
- Build and maintain a combined Hindu–Buddhist Cultural and Spiritual Center, including the Pashupati–Buddha Temple and community hall, serving the DFW Metroplex.
