Vision & Mission Background

Vision & Mission

Grounded in Nepali spiritual and cultural heritage, NCSC exists to create a unified home where community, devotion, and identity can thrive for generations to come.

Vision of NCSC

To create a unified home where Nepali Hindus, Buddhists, and individuals of all backgrounds can celebrate spirituality, culture, and community — preserving Nepali heritage while fostering harmony, understanding, and shared values for future generations.

Mission of NCSC

NCSC is committed to nurturing a vibrant spiritual and cultural home through five interconnected pillars:

1. Cultural Preservation

  • Promote and preserve Nepali cultural heritage, traditions, festivals, and values.
  • Provide a space where future generations can learn about and stay connected to Nepali identity.

2. Spiritual Growth

  • Offer a sacred environment for worship, meditation, rituals, and ceremonies for both Hindu and Buddhist traditions.
  • Respect and support diverse spiritual practices within the community.

3. Community Harmony & Engagement

  • Foster strong relationships and mutual respect among the various faith communities of Nepal.
  • Provide opportunities for community members to gather, serve, support, and uplift one another.

4. Education & Awareness

  • Host programs, classes, and events that promote spiritual learning, cultural understanding, language, and arts.

5. Infrastructure & Development

  • Build and maintain a combined Hindu–Buddhist Cultural and Spiritual Center, including the Pashupati–Buddha Temple and community hall, serving the DFW Metroplex.
